I’m a believer, wife and boy mama to two wonderful little boys! I love to cook and bake for my family. Previously, I was classically trained in Patisserie and Baking. I worked for a James Beard Award winning chef. Baking is my therapy and I have continued to bake for family and friends throughout the years. In addition to baking, I have a master of arts degree in Elementary Education from UNC Charlotte. Working with elementary aged children for years has equipped me to have the ability to be flexible, speak to children in terms they understand and most importantly keep things fun!

I can recall picking up my first camera when I was a child and taking pictures with it so that I could always look back to remember all of our family memories. Flash forward to today and I still enjoy taking pictures, especially because I realize that the moments with my husband and children while they are little are fleeting. I want to preserve these memories that are so dear to my heart. We all want to preserve the joyful moments throughout our journey of life.

When our first baby boy was born, I failed to book a newborn session and I have still regretted that decision to this day. Pricing was the biggest factor and the photographers in the area were too expensive for us at the time. I am committed to offering fair and honest pricing with quality photos that you and your family will cherish for years to come! After I took my first photography class, I knew that I was hooked. I am a lifelong learner, so I am regularly taking classes and honing my skills as a photographer, striving to be better with each session and family that I serve.
